Schedule

The conference schedule is currently as follows. Of course, this is subject to change, but it should give you a pretty good idea of the structure of the days and help you plan your travel accordingly.

• Wednesday Night Reception: This VIP exclusive event will be a couple hours in the late afternoon/early evening on Wednesday. You'll be checking in for the event, networking, and getting some awesome Disney treats - you definitely don't want to miss this.
• Conference sessions: The sessions on Thursday and Friday will be from ~8:30 until lunch at 1:00.
• Workshops: The workshops will be on both Thursday and Friday from 2:00-4:00

Travel Arrangements

We recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO), as complimentary transportation will be available for all VIP ticket holders via Disney's Magical Express from that airport only.

Arrival:

You should allow ~1.5-2 hours from the time your flight lands to the time you arrive at the resort. We recommend arriving at MCO no later than 2pm on Wednesday, November 18.

Departure:

Disney will inform you of your pick up time for the Disney's Magical Express transportation on the day before your departure, but as a rule of thumb, it will be 2.5-3 hours prior to your scheduled flight time. We recommend booking a departing flight no earlier than 8pm on Friday, November 20.

Airport Transportation

Once you have received your hotel reservation confirmation number from us, you can book your complimentary Disney's Magical Express transportation. To book, have your flight information ready and either call (407) 827-6777, or book online. Disney will mail you yellow Magical Express luggage tags to attach to your checked bags before you depart your home airport. When you arrive at MCO, Disney will "magically" transport those yellow tagged bags for you, which means you don't need to go to bag check – you can proceed directly to the shuttle!

Partner Pass:

VIP attendees are encouraged to bring their life and/or business partner to the event by purchasing a Partner Pass for $297. This pass is equivalent to a Conference Only ticket and grants access to the speaker sessions, workshops, and meals! This must be added on during checkout and only available to VIP ticket purchasers.

Walt Disney World^® Ticket Info

As an attendee of the Recurring Revenue Retreat, you (and your entire travel party) have the opportunity to purchase discounted park tickets to Walt Disney World^®. There are several different ticket options available which are listed on our official R3 Disney website. If you have any questions about which ticket option is right for you and your family, please reach out to Robert (robert@thehatmen.com), and he can make recommendations based on your needs.

Hotel Info

Speakers and Sponsors have 3 nights at our host hotel, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, included with their ticket. Those nights are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, November 18, 19, 20.

The rooms are Preferred rooms in the Casitas buildings of the resort, right next to the conference center. Each of these rooms has 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom. King beds may be requested from Disney if you'd like, but only 10% of all the rooms in the resort have king beds, so that request is not guaranteed to be honored.

You have the option to add additional nights to the beginning and/or end of the conference room block at a highly discounted rate of $159/night + tax, subject to availability. That's around $125/night less than the normal price! If you'd like to book additional room nights please fill out the form on this page, and we'll take care of making the request with Disney for you.

You must submit your request ASAP to have the best chance of securing nights at the discounted rate.
